Welcome to the official website of Turkish Women Economists Association. The idea of starting Turkish Women Economists Association was first created in July, 2008.

We are particularly interested in building a bridge between Turkish women who are engaged in economics as an academician or else, living either in Turkey or abroad. The purpose of this association is to promote women economists, their ideas and collaboration between them as well as to maintain a web page, where the members can post various news regarding conferences, seminars, network activities, opportunities such as job announcements and other resources that are of interest to women economists
